Hi, I'm Nakita!
Since 2018, I've been working with busy mums, helping them regain their time, simplify their life, and live life by design.
I spent the first few years of motherhood living an unfulfilled, soulless life. I felt like a failure. Every single day. My days were a mess, my home was nothing less than mayhem, and life was PURE CHAOS.
When I reached the end of my tether I decided it was time to make a change. I decluttered, I simplified, and I started taking our meals seriously. I was fed up of feeling guilty for feeding my family more pre-made convenience meals than I wished to, and being stressed about dinner daily.
When I learnt how to meal plan, batch cook, freeze and simplify the food process, cooking everyday became a thing of the past...AND I was spending less time in the kitchen!
Fast forward to today; I have helped thousands of women take control of dinnertimes and save HOURS in the kitchen! All while eating food they love with their families, and not cooking everyday, too!
