​THIS CHALLENGE IS FOR YOU IF​
β€‹βœ“ You've dipped your toes into all of these skills, but need some hand-holding to put it all together
β€‹βœ“ You're more or less able to do all of the above, but are in dire need of accountability
β€‹βœ“ You're overwhelmed and have no idea where to start
β€‹βœ“ You're CRAZY BUSY, and would love to invest a few minutes a day to pick up some skills
β€‹βœ“ You've already done some meal planning and batch cooking, but would like to learn more

​HERE'S HOW IT WILL WORK​
Every morning, you will receive an email from me with the day's assignment. 
Day 1 is the busiest. You will need to dedicate about 45 minutes.
Check in to the private FB group to engage, inspire, ask, and help out!
I'll be live for 5-10 mins everyday at 12:30pm in the FB group to go through the day's assignment and answer any Q&As regarding what you need to do.
