Let's learn how to go from dinnertime dread, to everybody fed together - in just 5 days!
It is back! And, better than ever!
If you've joined us for the last run of the 5 days to quicker meals challenge - then you certainly know how fun & valuable this is.
Here's what we've improved:
- Alexia Apostoldis, an international, award-winning chef, will be joining us for one of the challenges to teach you a time saving skill that's worth lots of time saved!
- There are prizes to be won! One prize a day will go to one participant who follows all of the instructions and goes through with the challenge. One grand prize will be given to the one participant who follows all of the instructions and does all of the challenge from A to Z.

THIS CHALLENGE IS FOR YOU IF
✓You practice most of these skills, but need some hand-holding to put it all together
✓You're more or less able to do most of the above, but are in dire need of accountability
✓ You're overwhelmed and have no idea where to start
✓You're CRAZY BUSY, and would love to invest a few minutes a day to pick skills that will help save your sanity
✓ You've already done some meal planning and batch cooking, but would like to learn more
THE NITTY GRITTY
Every morning, you will receive an email from me with the day's assignment.
Following that, a FB post will be shared so you can post your challenge results on the same post.
Check in to the private FB group to engage, inspire, ask, and help out!
I'll be live for 5-10 mins everyday at 12:30pm in the FB group to go through the day's assignment and answer any Q&As regarding what you need to do.
The 6 winners will be announced in the days following the 5 day challenge.
