Hey there! I’m Nakita.
I spent the early years of motherhood with a chronically chaotic house, disorganised life, and no structure whatsoever.
Our meals were the last thing on my priority list, and when it came to dinnertime I was always unmotivated and exhausted.
- Store-bought frozen meals were a solution I hated going for on an almost-daily basis
- Cooking my own meals from scratch took way too long
- I felt guilty for not feeding my family more homemade food
- I wanted to make a change, but I did not know where to start

How the challenge will work
Step 1: Sign up
Step 2: Read welcome email
Step 3: Request to join challenge FB group
Step 4: Introduce yourself in the group & keep an eye out for the resources & tips. Read the challenge emails coming through with your challenge assignments.
Step 5: Challenge days 1-4 - Watch out for the daily emails with instructions, and the FB live trainings, and follow the daily challenges.
Challenges: Day 1 is meal prep, Days 2-4 are batch cooking days.
