Meet Nakita...your guide for this challenge

I spent the first few years of motherhood living an unfulfilled life. My days were a mess, my home nothing less than mayhem, and life was PURE CHAOS.

When I reached the end of my tether I decided it was time to make a change. I decluttered, I simplified, and I started to meal plan. I was fed up of feeling stressed about dinner every single day and guilty for feeding my family more store-bought meals than I wished.

When I learnt how to meal plan, batch cook, & simplify the food process, cooking everyday became a thing of the past...AND I was spending less time in the kitchen!
