The number one problem with healthy eating is that your pantry isn't well stocked with nutritious items on which to base your meals & snacks.

I meal plan, yet I still make sure I have this checklist of healthy pantry staples at all times. Breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and side dishes are based almost entirely on these foods.

If you don't meal plan at all, this checklist could be the one thing that's standing in between you and healthy eating. 

This Healthy Pantry Staples Checklist has been created so you can use it as a guideline on what to stock in your kitchen. Refer to it before you shop, so you can be sure not to forget to buy any of the essentials.

Here is how to personalise it and make it your own, and use it too!

3. Save the checklist somewhere accessible on your Google Drive.

4. Edit the list to remove any items you don't like, and add any others you'd like to have there.
