Since 2018, I've helped busy mums go from stressed & scrambling to wing dinner daily –- to being well-prepared and organised while feeding their family good food and saving time and money.
My sole mission is to help YOU feed your family good food, no matter how busy you are and how crazy your schedule is.
I am a passionate, self taught home cook who can show you how to prepare dinners for your loved ones without the fuss, while not compromising on flavour.
My two kids, husband, home, and business keep me happily busy on a day-to-day basis, and I will gladly show you the system I use to cook very few times a week, but still keep everyone’s tums buzzing with glee all week long.
I will give you all you need so you can get organised in the kitchen, and that means you will shop less, eat better, save time and money, and waste food no more – guaranteeing a life less stressed and hurried, with a few hours to spare each week. What's more, you'll very quickly become used to luscious no-cook-days, several times a week, every week, without fail.
Through my work, I know that there are 2 types of mamas
The Try As I Might Meal Planner
This is the vast majority of mums. These mums typically do not meal plan at all, or else meal plan on and off, resulting in some weeks where they felt accomplished and organised, but most weeks with them feeling stressed and scrambling to put together last-minute meals.
The Meal Plan Queen
This is a much smaller portion of mums. These mums feel empowered and accomplished. They have the tools and resources to make meal planning a breeze and have mastered the art of efficient meal planning. They save time, and money, and a whole lot of stress.
I know exactly what it feels like on both sides of the spectrum. I went from being a 'Try As I Might Meal Planner' to a 'Meal Plan Queen', and I wish I had someone to show me the way when I was trying my hardest to change
I went from knowing nothing about meal planning to mastering the process...so I know it is 100% POSSIBLE
After years of meal planning, meal prepping, and batch cooking, I started teaching other mums how to do the same.
